It's almost midnight here, on the beautiful Mediterranean, and we're either 5, 6, or 7 hours ahead of you - whatever time zone you may be checking from. Everyone else has settled into bed, but I'm taking one last opportunity to breathe the fresh sea air and listen to the night sounds of Levanto.
I hear the voices from the sidewalk cafe that is below our balcony - mingled with the crashing of the waves in the sea. What a wonderful trip this has been - please don't let this be a dream.
Tomorrow, we hit the rails again - headed for Pisa.

Sarah, Thanks again for sharing your trip. It is Saturday morning here and we will have 100 degree weather for the next few day. IT IS HOT.
